Keep Juuno Running on Amazon Fire Stick
If Juuno stops playing after a few hours on your Amazon Fire Stick, you may need to disable certain settings that pause playback automatically. Adjusting these settings helps ensure Juuno continues running without interruptions.
Follow the steps below to update your Fire Stick settings.
Disable “Still Watching” on Fire Stick
Press the Home button on your Fire Stick remote to get to the main menu.
Navigate to Settings (gear icon).
Select Preferences.
Scroll down and choose Data Usage Monitoring.
Locate Still Watching and turn it Off.
Turning this setting off prevents the device from stopping playback after long periods of inactivity.
Disable Sleep Mode (If Available)
Some Fire Stick models include a sleep timer that can interrupt playback.
To disable it:
Go to Settings.
Select My Fire TV.
Open Device & Software.
Choose Sleep.
Disable the sleep setting if the option appears.
Note: Not all Fire Stick models show this option. If you don’t see it, you can skip this step.
Relaunch the Juuno App
After adjusting these settings:
Open the Juuno app again on your Fire Stick.
Start your playlist or screen.
Juuno should now continue playing without stopping.
