Basic Troubleshooting Guide
If your Juuno screen is not displaying properly or fails to connect to your TV, try the troubleshooting steps below. These steps help resolve common issues related to connectivity, device compatibility, or temporary system glitches.
1. Check Your Internet Connection
Juuno requires an active internet connection to load and display content.
Make sure your TV or device is connected to the internet
Test your connection by opening a website or another app on the device
If the device is offline, reconnect it to your network and reload Juuno.
2. Restart the TV or Device
Restarting the device can resolve temporary issues.
Turn off the TV or device.
Unplug it from the power source.
Wait a few seconds.
Plug it back in and turn it on again.
Once the device restarts, open Juuno and check if the issue is resolved.
3. Check for TV Firmware Updates
Outdated firmware can cause compatibility problems with apps.
To check your firmware:
Open your TV Settings.
Go to System or Software Update.
Install any available firmware updates.
Older systems may not support newer apps. For example, older TV platforms like Tizen v2 may need an update to a newer version to ensure compatibility.
You can also visit whatismybrowser.com on your TV to view system information.
4. Force Refreshing the Screen
If the screen connection appears stuck, manually or force refreshing it may help.
Go to your Screens page in Juuno.
Find the Screen
Click the ellipses icon to show the screen options
Choose Refresh
