Juuno's Analytics
The Analytics page provides insights into how your content is performing across your screens.
It shows how often playlists and scenes are played, whether they complete successfully, and when playback is interrupted.
This helps you understand how your content is being delivered and identify any playback issues.
Access Analytics
Log in to your Juuno account.
In the left navigation menu, click Analytics.
Select the date range using the Start Date and End Date fields.
The analytics data will update based on the selected time period.
Analytics Overview
At the top of the Analytics page, you will see a summary of playback activity.
Plays The total number of scenes that has played in your playlists
Completed The number of scenes that played from start to finish without interruption.
Interrupted The number of scenes that stopped before completing, such as when a scene is skipped or interrupted due to an error.
Completion Rate The percentage of scenes that completed successfully.
Screen Analytics
The Screens section shows playback activity for each screen.
For each screen you can see:
Total plays
Completed plays
Interrupted plays
This helps identify if a specific screen is experiencing playback issues.
Playlist Analytics
The Playlists section displays analytics for each playlist.
For each playlist you can view:
Total plays
Completed plays
Interrupted plays
This helps you understand which playlists are running successfully and which may need attention.
Scene Analytics
The Scenes section shows analytics for individual scenes.
For each scene you can view:
App type
Number of plays
Completed plays
Interrupted plays
This can help identify scenes that may be causing interruptions during playback.
Notes
Analytics data depends on screen connectivity and playback activity.
Interrupted plays may occur if a screen disconnects, the playlist changes, or playback is manually stopped and/or skipped.
The Analytics feature is currently labeled Beta while improvements and additional insights are being developed.
